Don’t be afraid to take risks, even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone. Surround yourself with a strong support network of mentors and like-minded professionals who can guide you. Also, learn the business side early on—whether it's finance, marketing, or operations—because being hands-on in all aspects will make you more resilient. Most importantly, stay patient and committed, as success takes time.
