Gaëlle is an Award-Winning Visibility Coach, a Motivational Speaker and a Wellness Expert.
She is the CEO and Founder of A Rockstar Mindset.
She's also a UK Ambassador for Psychologies magazine, inspiring and motivating readers to create a life they love through the online Life Labs platform.
After ten years working in the banking industry, she created her visibility consultancy, A
Rockstar Mindset, to help women leaders (specifically successful business owners and
senior/executive women) become the Rockstar of their lives: bold, visible and confident unapologetically.
How? By helping women leaders become visible, so they are recognised for their value and work.
What separates Gaëlle from other coaches is her infectious positive energy, her rockstar mindset and her firm belief that every woman deserves to be the fullest expression of who they are (authentic, unapologetic and aligned) and financially free.

Because of this, clients feel supported, take inspired actions and achieve their professional dreams. Inspired by the world of neurosciences, positive psychology and wellness, Gaëlle created her holistic system, The Rockstar Woman (Visibility) Framework, which helps women be visible and recognised so they can shine unapologetically.
Gaëlle was featured in magazines like Psychologies Magazine, Medium, and Entrepreneurs Herald and gave talks at Vodafone, Monica Vinader and the Women Federation for World Peace.
Gaëlle is the winner of the Exceptional Woman of Excellence Award of the Women
Economic Forum 2023 in London. She’s also the Bronze winner of the Innovation Award of the Women Changing The World Awards 2023.
"I loved meeting trailblazers, changemakers, and remarkable women dedicated to their mission, and making a difference in the world. Being surrounded by these women was like a green light from the Universe, that I was on the right path, and it felt blissful. I also loved celebrating all of these amazing women for their achievements and dedication to their purpose. It was an emotional night helping all of us to feel inspired, uplifted, and celebrated."
When did you start your business?
I started my business in 2018.
What was the inspiration behind your work/business?
I delved into the world of neurosciences and fell in love with it. I learned to shift my
perspective and develop a mindset helping me to amplify my positive energy, joy and
happiness. As a result, I created my bubble of happiness and marched to the beat of my own drum. However, it became apparent to me how women were struggling under the weight of their responsibilities, mental load and societal judgements, perceptions and narratives. I couldn’t stay on the sidelines, which led to my decision to create my business.
Additionally, I met thousands of high-calibre women, remarkable at their work, yet
recognition and promotion were taking years for them to achieve.
I remember, supporting them, encouraging promotion attempts, job transitions or even
starting their own business. I remember attending the first events of my friends as
entrepreneurs a few years ago. I never imagined that I would embark on this path one day.
What are you most excited about in your work/business?
I’m currently working on creating a new free quiz and online retreat planned for February 2024.
This quiz will help women leaders discover what kind of visible woman they are. In contrast, the online retreat will help them to uncover their rockstar vibe (awesomeness, uniqueness and magic) to be visible in an authentic way by up-level their 3S—pillars of A Rockstar Mindset: Self-Expression, Self-Love and Self-Leadership.
I’m also thrilled to collaborate with more women leaders in 2024 to support each other in our growth, help more people (from one to many), and as a result amplify our impact. I have two upcoming collaboration projects and I’m very excited about it.
What has been the most challenging thing about starting your work/business?
The most challenging part of my business was to let go of control, i.e. give up trying to control the outcome of everything. Why? because I believed that I could control the outcome of any situation by taking the right actions and calculated risks. I learned to trust the Universe with a capital T, by taking aligned actions and surrendering the outcome to the Universe, which is much more peaceful to grow a business.
Selling wasn’t something natural to me. When I realised that selling was the fuel of my business, I took the bull by the horns and I hired a business coach. Further to that, I enrolled into a business program because I wanted to sell in an authentic and feminine way. The lesson I learned from this, you have to see your value, own it, and be unapologetic about your work. In a nutshell, be unapologetic about your self-worth.
What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting a work/business?
1. Dive into personal development, mindset and business to learn the building blocks to create a sustainable, heart-led and profitable business.
2. Commit to be curious, ask questions, challenge the status quo and if you don’t find what you’re looking for: create it.
3. Co-create. What does it mean? Partner with the Universe on this new adventure. I did t, it has been and is the best partnership in the world. You’ll see your life and business transform and exceed your wildest expectations.
Why did you enter the Women Changing the World Awards?
I entered it because I had been nominated by a fantastic businesswoman.
What did you enjoy the most about being part of the awards?
I loved meeting trailblazers, changemakers, and remarkable women dedicated to their mission, and making a difference in the world. Being surrounded by these women was like a green light from the Universe, that I was on the right path, and it felt blissful.
I also loved celebrating all of these amazing women for their achievements and dedication to their purpose. It was an emotional night helping all of us to feel inspired, uplifted, and celebrated.
What surprised you most about the awards?
The healing energy surrounding all of us, and the sisterhood between all these women was contagious. It was an evening that helped us to see our light, our value, and the impact we have on the world. It was a magical night, I’ll never forget it.
How did the awards help you in your work/business?
It helped me to amplify my visibility and be seen as an authority in my industry. It also motivated me to continue my work and to raise the bar to help more women.
What has been the best thing about starting your own work/business?
Being able to be the fullest expression of who I am: aligned, authentic and unapologetic. No more pressure to fit into a system; with my business, I created my ecosystem and the path to my freedom and my wealth so I can help other women and contribute to changing the world.
What’s happening next in your work/business?
I received incredible visibility opportunities including speaking gigs and new collaborations. I also received another award at the Women Economic Forum, in London the same year.
What are your big plans for the future?
Expand my team, help women to invest (which is the next step after being highly visible, you make more money and you have to invest it to multiply it) and create a foundation.
