To be able to empower women and support them with the skills and resources they need to be able to find their voices and share their messages of impact with the world by leveraging podcasting. It warms my heart when people change the world with love, understanding and empathy for others

What has been the most challenging thing about your work?
The challenges have been overcoming the doubters and naysayers. To feel the fear and do it anyway. To not give into old programming of the "I'm not worthy" inner critic and rise up with courage to find my voice in times of doubt. It's important to connect back to our why when facing uncertainty in a challenging business that is building an audience of like-minded people that then creates a movement and the responsibility that comes with that

What advice would you give to other women thinking about starting work?
Whenever we are in the thinking stage of starting a business, it's important to start with your why. You have to be driven with determination, consistency, and passion to create something that will help people have a transformation. When you have those challenging conversations with people who will try to stop you from achieving your goals in your business, you have to find your voice, never compromise your integrity and make decisions based on your values and beliefs. When you have these foundations, the rest is just skill-building and logistics. This is how you will build, scale and grow
